How to train 101

The best way to train for an event like this is to do a little bit of everything! Medieval rush will put you in awkward positions and situations! Try new things! Strength train, agility, swimming, jogging, sprinting up hill, core training and even yoga would be great to help with flexibility and mental stability! Mix up your workouts and workout times! Raise your intensity then lower it, go a little longer each day! One week train Mornings then another afternoon then evening! Don’t allow your body to peak! Keep confusing it! This will help you be ready to GO MEDIEVAL come July 6th! Get after it!
