What Is This?

Flagstaff Arizona’s First Ever Mud Run! Make History with us at High Elevation!
Medieval Rush is an All-Terrain run that tests your Guts, Glory, Honor and Medievalism. The conquering ground is 5.1ish Kilometers with a grueling set of obstacles. The Moat of Mud, Castle Walls and Barbed Wire Frenzy are just a few. Other events to participate in during the day are Team Tug O War, Stone Throw, Tomato Toss and Medievalist Man. Medieval Rush is a day full of entertainment where participants and spectators alike have a Medieval Time of Sport, Food, Music, Live Full Medieval Fights and BEER.

We Give Back:

Medieval Rush believes in supporting the community in which our events are held. We make every effort to use local business for our services and needs. We also strongly believe in helping those of in need. A Portion of the proceeds will benefit the Flagstaff YMCA and other local charities

Spectators:

As a Medieval spectator you get full access to Music all day/night, Food, Beer and a Medieval Time while you watch the mud fly and the runners getting Medieval dirty. You also get full access to venders, Stone Throw, Medievalist Man, Team Tug O War, Tomato Toss, Photos with Knights plus Wenches, Entertainment and you get the Full Medieval Tournament of Knights (Live Medieval Combat). Good stuff for $10. Bring extra cash for Beer, Food, Stone Throw, Tomato Toss and Medieval Swag.

Registration Deadline:

Monday August 26th at 11:59pm will be the ONLINE Registration Deadline. If you are a major procrastinator you will be able to sign up at the packet pick up location (Day Before) or on the day of the event for $95 while supplies last. You should have signed up earlier. Participants signing up after August 26th are not guaranteed a Medieval Participant Shirt or a Medieval Helmet.

Parking:

It’s FREE. Parking will be at the lot across from Findlay Toyota (5030 E Marketplace Dr Flagstaff, AZ 86004)-From there you will aboard the shuttle which will take you to the festival and event area. Make sure to have your spectator pass or race bib, which is the only way to get on the shuttle. Security will be checking before you get on the shuttle. There will be a designated area in the parking lot to purchase Spectator Passes and pick up Race Packets.

Packet Pick Up:

There will be a packet pick up designation on September 6th at Findlay Toyota from 4pm to 8pm (5030 E Marketplace Dr Flagstaff, AZ 86004). You will also be able to pick up your packet the day of the event at the Packet Pick Up tent in the parking lot. You will need your personal ID and fully completed-signed waiver form. Medievals under the age of 18 must have a guardian sign off on waiver form.

Can I bring my pet?

The only animal allowed is the Medieval Beast inside of you. We also allow Service Animals on the property for those who are in need of them. Please provide flea repellant for service animals.
